These terms and conditions govern your use of the websites of Ariamax: ariamax.nl and its subdomains, including the Hunt the Chicko! game site and browser game at chicko.ariamax.nl. By using these websites you agree to these terms. Our product Lebacify has its own terms of service, which apply to it.
The websites are operated by Ariamax, established in Rijswijk, the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 42005482. Our full company details are at the end of this page.
You may use the websites for their intended purpose: learning about Ariamax and its services, contacting us, and playing our free browser game. You agree not to:
Hunt the Chicko! is free to play in the browser and as a mobile app. It contains no purchases and no virtual currency. It is financed by optional rewarded advertisements served by Google: you may choose to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game benefit, and you can always keep playing without watching one. The number of free levels per day and the number of ad rewards may be limited; these limits are shown in the game and may change.
Sending a score to the online leaderboard is optional. If you do, you provide a player name and an email address; we may remove or correct leaderboard entries that are offensive, misleading or the result of tampering with the game. The game and its leaderboard are provided as they are: we may change, suspend or discontinue them at any time.
The game is intended for a general audience. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian before submitting a score with your email address. How the game handles personal data is described in its own privacy policy.
The information about our services on ariamax.nl is a general description, not an offer. Services are provided under a separate written quotation or agreement, whose terms prevail over these website terms for that engagement.
All content on the websites — text, images, logos, design, code, and the Hunt the Chicko! game with its characters, artwork and sounds — is owned by Ariamax or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the content and share links to it; any other reproduction, distribution or modification requires our prior written permission.
The websites contain links to third-party websites and use third-party services such as Google advertising and Google Fonts. We do not control those parties and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices; their own terms and policies apply.
We do our best to keep the websites available and their content accurate and up to date, but we provide them as they are, without warranties of any kind. We may change or remove content, features or the websites themselves at any time, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, Ariamax is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the websites or the free products offered on them. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law. Consumers keep the rights granted to them by mandatory law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version; continued use of the websites after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in The Hague, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law gives you the right to another court. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
